Whole visitors, 0–1,000 per day. Includes car and regional-coach day visitors, including passholders; hotel guests keep their bookings. Staggered needs a positive limit: ⅓ at opening, ⅔ at 11:00, all at 13:00; unused places carry forward until the native admission cutoff, one game-hour before closing. Lowering the limit keeps already-booked visitors. Departures do not free quota.
